The market sentiment right now is very hot and I am seeing a lot of my investors really pushing the ARV in a wide range of areas.

Good afternoon everyone, I’ve looked far and wide for guidelines in regards to purchasing a second home, but I cannot for the life of me find the credit score requirement, down-payment, etc for the state of Florida.

Charles County (fastest growing area in the region), the expansion of Westport Plaza has reinvigortated the nightlife in the area and the new World Wide Technologies headquarters is going to be great for the region. 

I mentioned a bit earlier in the thread. the rule for delayed finance is widely mistaken on this site.

One of them recently sold 100+ parks to a large PE firm who will likely take that (fund) group of parks public.I would assume those are A B parks not the low end  crappy single wide  10 to 20 unit mom and pop parks.there is a family I did business with in Orange county that owned over 6000 spaces in Orange county.. and get this FREE and clear.. talk about cash cow .. he lives on Lido island .. not sure if the dad is still with us..

Usually when you replace a sewer , you are only opening up about 4 ft wide at the house , and unless its a full basement with a bathroom the ditch is only about 4 ft deep on average .  

It's widely noted that we'll be in for a bumpy ride going into 2019/2020 as the Fed dials up interest rates, at the same time that the tax stimulus subsides.

Yesterday, the city informed me that i was in violation of an ordinance to not have cracks in driveways over 1" wide and that it must be repaired immediately.Does anyone have any ideas of how to resolve this issue? 

I would worry when the cracks are wide.
