@Oliver AlfaroI had a similar issue, and I think it was because some insurance companies want to sell you a commercial insurance policy meant for the large 5+ unit properties, for your 2-4 unit residential properties.

They are trying to throw you an olive branch with a short turn-around of 4 years, but if you are carrying the note, the price must go up and I believe the rate should go up as well.
