This is something they can choose not to insure or to charge more for, unfortunately there doesn't seem to be much we can do about it.What I find frustrating is that they'd rather I rent to someone fresh out of high school who isn't going to school than the exact same person who is.

Less than twenty four hours after a visit takes place (usually just a couple of hours or so later while the house is still fresh in the broker’s mind), I call the broker and in the nicest possible way ask them for their client’s feedback.

@Wayne BrooksGiven what you said about the appraisals not meaning much, I have a question.I am looking at some land in the bahamas that hasn't been developed and the roads are overgrown and I would have to drill a well for fresh water.
