@Quadeer Porter you've got the seller in a tough spot given you uncovered a safety hazard severe enough that the property needs to be evacuated. 

If not, tell them what you uncovered in your inspection and re-negotiate.

You do have to uncover a lot of owners since they get bombarded by calls.

Why not try to uncover deals yourself for max profit?

Fixing the leaks will be relatively straightforward (replace vanity and kitchen faucet) as the inspection did not uncover major damage from the leaks in the crawl space, however this needs to be addressed.
