I have every empathy for folks who are hurting especially from instances that are from outside of their control, but filing bankruptcy to get out of debt that she chose to sign up for and promise to pay for the sole purpose of getting ahead faster (her story, not mine) seems less than ethical and Bigger Pockets promoting it is questionable.

I took the recommendation of James Kojo about speaking with the syndication sponsors who ultimately allowed me to invest a lesser amount which allowed me to avoid investing as part of an LLC. 

You obviously work for the company, as your only posts have been to promote the company that cannot even prove they have associations with any of the vender partners!

But ultimately, because of these risks, most real estate investors see most of their return from appreciation versus cash flow.  

Ultimately, pricing wins the day, so at a certain price it'll lease.

I still have risks and I'm putting a lot of faith in these providers, but I was tired of not taking action and ultimately realized that what was stopping me from action wasn't money it was knowledge. 

Under the current law, the taxes would be deferred until 12/31/2026 and ultimately due by 04/15/2027.
