What has been your best treasure finder to get off market deals?

Zillow is a treasure trove of other valuable information but their Zestimates can be wildly off.

I will be looking to purchase the property somewhere along the Treasure Coast, most likely between Ft.

Try Googling the Accessors office, Recorders office, and Treasurers office.

I was inadvertently giving the treasurers job for the HOA in that neighborhood since the lady that sold her duplex to me was this 92 y/o.

I've talked to the city's real estate office and they recommended requesting a Treasurer's Sale, which I have done. 

I was elected to the board that night and served the next five years as treasurer. 

It's common for other jurisdictions to provide full histories with just an address and most jurisdictions have an online portal nowadays.If i go to the treasurer from Zillow i can copy the parcel number from there and should it be enough?
