I also make sure tge appliances match the home so I do t out in junky appliances in a really nice home.

I just haven't found one yet that says "yes, you're slightly overpaying but you're overpaying relative to comps for the entire *package*"  It's usually touted as a "screamin' deal" AND they did all of the work, took all of the risk, etc.

@Chris Clothier  my "best of the best" was a euphemism.. there is no doubt that the turnkey brokerage or marketing community only touts those that they have relationships with and who pay them..

I've heard this combination - a Trust formed and an LLC assigned beneficial interest - touted as a good way to quietly assign interest to an LLC in order to enjoy the benefits of the LLC with a conventional loan.

I don't have a financial interest in his company and receive no compensation so I can tout it on BP without getting in trouble with the mods...

I always find it interesting that certain people/companies are highly praised on forums, but when I use them, they never seem to be the perfect person/company that all other posters tout them to be.  

LLCs I have seen touted for liability protection, does an S-corp offer that same advantage?
