I have many apartments and 2 daycare facilities although none in the same building so that would be right up my alley.If you're fairly new to real estate investing and it's not a great deal, there may be some complexity involved so you may want to pass.

Peoria has the Mariners spring training facility and Rio Vista Park (also in Peoria) has youth baseball and softball tournaments pretty regularly.

We are looking into building a large self storage facility but need guidance on all aspects from ground up including financing options.

Make the asset secure itself- In larger multifamily homes you dont have to actually have all of the cash on hand. the asset will secure itself due to the nature of the facility. 

well guide dogs for the blind was located in San Rafeal and they had there training facilities in Portlandia.. 

Can you add storage units and a laundry facility in the basement to add some extra monthly income from the existing tenants?

We spend a lot of time at indoor facilities and while I'm there I always think how cool/fun it might be to own one.

There’s Davis Monthan AFB, University of Arizona and a new amazon facility going in but there doesn’t seem to be much to find on PB.

I have a storage facility under contract with the EDG but because SBA is locked down from government shutdown will be at a standstill.
