Not saying that those are possibilities but understanding those potential outcome and doing what you can on the front end (screening + clear expectations) to avoid them.  

So there is huge risk expecting the 15 year limit to be reality.  

It would be quite costly converting away from propane and due to high electricity cost i suspect t not warranted.

Expect higher turnover as people renting rooms tend to move.

However, it would be interesting to check the option of an outside vendor for a small feeThird Point:I wouldn't expect to have often custom changes.

A paid off property at 5-6 cap rate should also appreciate at about 3.4% per year on average, so my real estate return at 8.4%-9.4% is reasonably close to what I'd expect in the stock market, and the income is tax advantaged.

I expect that the Fed will drop rates next week and will continue to do so.

Of the two policies, I believe the former is superior but just the anticipation and expectations are a bit much.
