Changing filters is a good excuse to enter your properties to do inspections to make sure they are at least sweeping the floors.

I know, a lot of sweeping generalizations, but I haven't run across a $5K REI loan product.

Paint maintenance and sweeping up is necessary but not letting folks break the law near your property gets priority from me.

When we bought our Brooklyn NY condo 5 years ago, we had sweeping views of the water, statue of Liberty, and all of lower Manhattan. 

I am not a fan of sweeping dust around.

For example, is it really necessary to clean the ducts, sweep the chimney, add insulation, repaint the house numbers on the curb, etc.?

This is why I have folks with master degrees answering my phones and sweeping my floors.
