@Jay Hinrichs Unfortunately, loan pools are breeding grounds for obfuscation.

Depending on the breed of pot belly they can range in weight; if the pig is older it's a good thing as the young ones grow like weeds and it's tough to know how big they'll get until they're adult. 

It is also reasonable to require the animal is spayed or neutered to minimize aggressive behavior and ensure it is not used for breeding purposes.

Naperville has super easy tenant laws with no rental license requirement and the largest issue there is they have a band on certain breeds of dogs.
