We just got an off-season MTR request on furnished finder for a medical company that places medical providers in rural areas (which is our listing). 

Ours could work as a LTR but we wouldn't get what we do with the STR season.

If possible, I would love to get a seasoned property manager's opinion on my most liked properties in terms of rental potential, etc.

The main things that you need to keep in mind are seasoning and status of the home.
