IF you are east of I-95 then it will depend on a few other factors such as water access, for power boats vs sail boats.  

If you're under contract then the ship has sailed and you're stuck. 

That ship has sailed now and in my experience it is better to start the eviction process as soon as possible rather than waiting.

But apparently the RVs aren’t enough, because behind them they are towing cars, motor boats, go-carts, dune buggies, dirt bikes, ski jets, snowmobiles, para sails, hang gliders.

Not a bad way to double down on your education.My friend, who's now 58 I believe, owns millions in real estate and a nice little 48' sail boat on Chesapeake Bay.

Both houses that i have bought from Spartan were already rented out a few weeks before closing so its been smooth sailing so far (i just closed on my second last week).  

Also building a good investing infrastructure as you are getting into things will benefit you if you intend on doing this long-term: find lenders, CPAs and attorneys who also invest in real estate to work with as they will be the ones who can help you set things up for smooth sailing and answer questions with the niche advice you want.This isn't legal advice, simply my opinion as a real estate investor.
