Hi @Michael Morelli, we’ve also seen a reduction of booking and viewings over the last year in Cincinnati, OH due to increased inventory.What we have done is look at the competition, implement a more robust pricing strategy, and our most effective is to agitate the listing as often as possible!

I am a strong proponent of owning property in LLC's as long as the member(s) understands the importance of operating business functions of the the LLC correctly. 

That's a function of the host being proactive I think.

They weren't sure if the water well was functional.

Although the user interface appears a little dated compared to Lodgify and Your Porter, the functionality was there and the thing that sold me was their user forums.

Take some time to improve / harden your properties etc….to remain robust against any potential downturn.
