Hey @Preet Oberoi, so a tiny home like you are describing isn't real estate but more of an RV.I would get with a CPA like others have said to get the skinny on the deductions.

Too many rentals, too much deferred maintenance, no real budgets, not enough money in reserves.You can still get CapEx in condos....these are called "special assessments" .

@Allan Guerra, at least in Ohio, you cannot receive a commission based on the purchase price of a property without being a licensed real estate agent.
