I first heard about wholesaling a little over two months ago, just randomly via a podcast hosted by Sean Terry.As a realtor, I had never heard of this before!

Hey BP community,My names Austin Walters, I'm 23, and stumbled upon BP from a random Youtube video in the sidebar, (you may have guessed it the BP podcasts).

I was fortunate to purchase one of the bigger liens at the sale so it worked out for me.The sale is completely random and the likelihood of actually foreclosing is rare because most people could sell their house for more than the cost of three years of taxes.I hope this helps, this is just my experience.

It has been so random for me, that I have stopped worrying about trying to time my leases to correspond with certain times on the calendar.
