In California it's allowed outdoors, but not indoors, and the grower has to have people that have medical 'prescriptions' for pot, thus the grower can get several people to put all their scripts together and justify growing ALOT of pot!

Anyways, the laws in Oakland proved to be very favorable for dispensary landlords in that: 1) All dispensary patients not only had to have a license for their medicine, but their prescription could not be used within a 100-foot radius of the dispensary itself.

Contribution is the ultimate happiness pill: 1) Charity- there are so many well intentioned but underfunded charitable organizations out there, and your portfolio would benefit from the tax write off 2) helping other investors by lending is a great way to diversify, because you already know what these investors need.

I have a chinese herbologist in Chicago that I go to for preventative care that I need treatment for. 50 bucks and she'll put together a tea of sticks and leaves that perform far better than any prescription for things like mild food poisoning.Now I'm just a property adjuster but I know how insurance companies think and there's no way in heck they'll have a health care plan that includes leaf and stick tea.
