Hello, I'm new to the forum and just spent quite a bit of time searching without luck for a software package for real estate investments.

My goal is to offer a package at a price point that can allow me to compete (read: undercut) my competition and offer a better and more comprehensive service as well.If I may pick some brains here, what would enitce you to list a property with me over a full service broker?

I agree with Jon, it might be a challenge finding all inclusive packages including airfare with 5k, not impossible just difficult.I suggest you pick somewhere where you can enjoy some of the hobbies you and the family like - and there are tons of places.

Yeah, many "Turn-Key" shops I talk to (nationwide) package deals into portfolios and sing a song of 20% and more IRR to lure.
