I'm converting one of my apartments to an STR and wanted to know if anyone can point me to an appropriate rental agreement/contract I can use.

I do not have a specific property right now, but I fully intend to have one by the time I engage a potential lender to the syndicate.

Renting out one side can help offset your mortgage, which is a huge advantage while you're building financial stability.

I would think that you should be able to pick up at least one rental in the next year.
