Its pine though.. not doug fir that we have here in Oregon that has sky rocketed..along with sub contractor price creep.. but at least for now we have been able to raise price to keep margins were we need them.. but not sure we can go much higher.. something will have to give.. if building slows down subs will start to lower prices.. but we don't see that in the two markets I am in at this time.

when you go inland its Pine.. but the Pine beetle has devastated millions upon millions of acres of timber land.. for those timber owners they got wiped out by a bug. so far so good in the Doug fir regions nothing kills them but a chain saw.
