They both work slightly differently, but are similar enough that a call to the tenants rep usually can get you on the right track to making sure you follow all of the guidelines.

Which I know is $480 a year, but when I looked at other similar brokerages, they get you on the commission split either way.

So what will be your answer to the inevitable question: why not a FHA 203k loan, or something similar?
