Quality tenants aren’t going to live in D properties.

For example, they won't need to cover your personal belongings (furniture, clothing, etc.) because you won't be living there.A landlord policy should cost about the same as a homeowner's policy; it just changes what is covered.

Hello everyone, Quick question, I currently live in California and have my entity set up in California to do deals in state.

I live in the Lancaster PA area.I am new to real estate investing and looking to connect with any local investor.

We purchased it with the intention of living in the Ground floor + BSMT apartment and renting the 2nd floor apartment.

I lived in Austin for a couple years.

I also never lived east of 33rd Ave at that time. 

You do not have to live in the home in order to do that!

If your able to move and live in the unit do that.
