The question is do you want to spend the time energy and money to find something that you think can do better?

Data center development companies, in general, will build their own energy infrastructure with transmission (not distribution) infrastructure. 

Rently just called me today to tell me they have smart home locks and the tenants can turn on the lights, a/c etc.

Focus on refining your processes so things run smoother with little thought or energy.

Re-piped the whole property, built a laundry room, expanded the pool deck and added pavers, refenced the property, re-built 2 exterior staircases, re-landscaped, and put in all new cabinets, granite, appliances, LVP flooring, lights, doors, blinds, etc.What was the outcome?

In my case that made enough of a difference to make property management very light.

If it has gone up and down rapidly, then that indicates a boom/bust market (typical in areas without a diverse job market such as areas where all of the jobs are in tech, energy, manufacturing, a single employer or supporting those workers for example). 

At turn lane or lights?  

I've done camera work and the plumber said they see light root growth, but I could clean the pipes annually to prevent growth and back ups.

It's in good shape, but I'm wondering if we'd see the ROI in the refinance from a higher appraisal if we decided to rip it out and add sheetrock and recessed lighting.
