I was going to mention, usually the inspection isn't only for "major" items, usually you can just cancel without any justification....but I don't know specifically the inspection clause you have.

Thanks @Jason DiClemente The agent could be a part of the issue, I initially mentioned to the agent that I thought it was priced too high and the justification the agent gave me was it's in line with Comps at the top of the market, and that it also gave us room to negotiate on price if needed.

If you PCS or your situation changes, you can always move and write a letter of justification to the VA to apply for a second VA loan if you have eligibility left.
