On the other hand, I’m hesitant to simply pay down more of a property, as we don’t need the immediate cash flow.Fortunately, both my wife’s job and mine are recession-proof, which allows us to be a bit more aggressive with our investments.I’d really appreciate advice from investors who have experience with frequent moves or military service.

I've closed a bunch of loans with Kiavi, Roc, and a few with ABL, I also closed with RCN, Easy Street, Lima One, and some smaller private lenders.I've come to the conclusion that the experience at the lender is not globally good or globally bad.

Buyers and sellers should consider some amount of closing money be held in escrow after closing to cover potential problems with the non-responding tenants.Does anybody have any experiences to share with successful use of a Tenant Estoppel Letter, or times they wish they'd know about this tool before entering a Purchase and Sale Agreement?
