I also found a registration of the LLC and his name on the OHIO.gov website, though it was only filed recently on June 12, 2023.The website www.SecuredLendingSolutions.com comes up fine on my office computer and my phone, but at home my anti-virus program says the website is being blocked because it's "infected" with a "URL:Blacklist".

We both agreed that we would go into the hearing and agree to just have the voluntary termination so that way it was not an addiction on my credit the judge asked him several times over and over are you sure that’s all you want are you sure that’s all you want just the termination of the infection is everything fine are we good?

I think there is some grand illusion that private money is cheaper than HML.. when in fact the rates are basically the same and private could be higher.. it goes without saying that this lady is responding to the criminal pump and dump scammers that infect Social Media platforms.

If you want to protect for instance US real estate, even if the property is owned by a foreign asset protection trust or a foreign LLC, you are not immune to a judge overstepping and completely disregarding it, directly seizing the US asset that will be easily reachable.However, if you have foreign assets (real estate, foreign brokerage accounts, bank accounts), then it may be beneficial to have them owned by a foreign asset protection structure.Tax wise, you will have some more paperwork to file with the IRS, but nothing really too difficult.
