This type of issue can be addressed if the house has independent heating/cooling zones (but a lot of houses don’t have this feature).

He also taught me we are independent contractors we are not employees and we do not have to put up with rude behavior etc.Engelo you would not know it but I was a lot like you in my younger years when it came to rude and disrespectful clients. 

Most PMs are too busy to help with this, and the search for independent contractors seems to be far and few in between.

Absolutely find another CPA that knows the STR rules and puts you in the best position possible in the event of an audit.

Holly- It would be very hard to find a turnkey property at 50k especially the market we are currently in depending on the state.

Here, you’re really their commissioned salesperson and you will get paid for the business you bring in. Depending
