So, we are pressed in the financial area, but are optimistic.

I talked to a TN attorney this morning and he said if you own an LLC there is a $4,000 annual franchise fee and you have to pay an excise tax on the annual earnings.When I pressed for options he said we could:Create 4 trusts (one for each owner (brothers and sister) that on the LLC.

Depending on the vintage, size, condition, etc you're going to be hard pressed to find something for $12k a unit.

Now it’s time to line up my day and address the pressing emails for my deals.

The area has suffered from stagnant population & job growth and gets a lot of negative press due to the amount of snow(it is a lot).
