i approached respectfully, told them i'd like to help them if they needed it...i even offered to buy the junk cars...i wouldn't even say they were offended..they were downright pissed off...luckily, all the other neighbors appreciated my efforts and said they'd been trying to get rid of those things for years..thus, i made friends with those neighbors who watched my property for me...not everyone will take it that bad...i've approached people with harsher words before and got positive reactions...she just happened to be a witch

The life of that base can be expanded by making it more water and chemical proof.All that being said, I'm not sure I'd charge the tenant for it.
