I do have someone that works in our office to help make sure our single water bill is split into the various properties it belongs to and stuff like that, but until I had about 500 or so units, I did all of it myself.I don't want to sound like a d**k, but when I see someone start with "I'm looking to build a team" that's a giant red flag and I can be pretty sure that person if very unlikely to buy.Focus on these three things only at this point:1) How do I get money for my down payment2) Who's going to lend me my ~75% once I have my down payment3) How to find the properties I want to buyThe rest is noise and really just done to make people think they're moving forward towards their goal when they're not

It's a grind but it's worth it!

Don’t be fooled though, you can find turn keys under valued or off market turn keys as well, but it takes more grind!

They have a successful business because they learned, failed, grinded and educated themselves to get to that point. 

There are many superstar stories on BP, mine has been more of a grind.

The main issue that I've had as of late is that my upstairs neighbor/chairman of the board is constantly complaining about the "noise and clutter" along with other things.

I'm just a young buck and fresh into the grind, but would love to have the opportunity to take either of you to coffee or help in the Gillette market.

I totally agree finding the tenant will be 'easier said than done' - but I also think your pro-forma is going to get grinded down with COVID-negotiating.

I'm very lucky to be provided leads on a daily basis, so every single day I'm grinding, cranking those calls, and obtaining clients to either pre-qualify or refinance; I don't need to rely on anyone to send me clients, and for that I'm thankful; but I know full well that this is not a solo industry if you want to hit the big numbers, and I plan to!
