I have one up north here in Garden City Utah!

I like areas like Pelham Bay, Throggs Neck, Morris Park, Pelham Gardens, Parkchester, and some areas in Soundview.

I also saw a desire for HOA protection from extremes like junky cars up on blocks in the front yard, but much looser restrictions overall so that people could do what they wanted without a lot of interference, such as chicken coops, 4H projects, vegetable gardens, barndominiums, etc.

I was talking to a guy that had a home in disrepair the other day and he literally did not understand how he was responsible for the damage to his home.It is like he expected walls to self clean, leaks to self repair, the pool to self clean, the yard to self garden.

Gardening at home.  

Don't plant a garden in the common area without permission (and then cry that the contractor drove on it.) 

And to you rehab fellas, I'm not talking about landscaping for curb appeal, just indoor/outdoor gardening purely for enjoyment!

Not like owning a dozen 200 unit garden apartments.

Its not like buying a 250 unit garden apartment that is all in one place with on site management etc..We moved markets and got back into the retail side of things Building new construction..
