MARCH 6, 2014Just wanted to do a quick update to ensure everyone I haven't forgotten about this thread...We're almost 4 weeks into the rehab, and other than countertops and hardwood refinishing, we should be pretty much done tomorrow.

I bought my home prior to the FHA adjustment in 2009 so I had forgotten about it.

Basically anything you feasibly need to do for your rentals.Next we can scrub your accounts and find passive losses or capital losses that are being carried forward or may have been forgotten about.Third we can cost segregate your other rentals and deduct the depreciation you haven't been using in the current year.

The tenant had kicked in the door because he had forgotten his shoes.He shouldn't have worn his shoes to court....Needless to say - his wages have been garnished and he is paying for the damages.
