If you want to explore MF or any other asset class, the best course is to go to some training courses and get a coach or mentor.

The best thing to do is look up property taxes on county/town websites to get an idea for specific properties.

In many towns around me, a licensed electrician isn't required but the work needs to pass an inspection.

There is always a "rain delay" or "the foremans truck didn't start" or "We called in the stake out, but they didn't do it yet" (Sorry they are big on stake outs and I have never had the towns/utilities be off when requested on time).

While I continue nurturing those realtor relationships (and patiently waiting for my phone to ring), I'm curious to explore other avenues for sourcing off-market deals.

This is located in a tourist lake/ski town with extremely high demand for lodging.  

This would help us benchmark and explore simpler alternatives while understanding how complex the structure mentioned above truly is.I assume they are not actively managing their business?
