Guess this will be one of those embarrassing posts I'll look back on in 5 years and ask Josh to take down.

The way it's set up now is my tenants deposit rent into rental checking account and I deposit the rest of the amount needed to cover the mortgage from my personal checking account into the rental checking account.But, with expenses such as maintenance and upgrades, I have been paying for those from personal account and I (embarrassingly) have no idea how much I'm spending in total or on each unit.

A little embarrassed asking but I’ve heard it I think 10 times just today and now I can’t unhear it.

As far as collecting goes - You will need the Sheriff to serve them with the paperwork typically the Sheriff shows up at their work which can be embarrassing especially in smaller towns.

Stop embarrassing yourselves by acting like children. 

A lot of work, headaches and the results are embarrassingly low!

Someone once said if you aren't embarrassed by your offer then it's not low enough. 

It’s honestly a very embarrassing situation to look at, but my current plan is to reduce variable expenses and look at breaking our leases and moving to more affordable housing in the summer.

That’s pathetic and frankly embarrassing.
