Extensions are likely granted, if needed.You will receive $3k relocation assistance at the end ( unless you have other liens, back due water/sewer/HOA etc. ) You can also stay in the home until the sale closes, which gives you at least a few months payment free to be able to figure out where you will relocate.

I think there may be a market for a lower density campground that offers a higher level of privacy per site with amenities (electric/water hookups, RV dump site, bathhouses, etc...) but...

Look for views, seclusion, walkout basement potential, water feature potential- people love ponds, add trees, add boulders, multiple access or roadside properties, no zoning in Texas counties, check city zoning, location location, utility access.5.

this is old  tried and true method of simply having you pay them to get credit cards .. there is no need to pay for this service.. unless you want to of course.. there is no magic bullet ut there that is going to give you credit and financing unless you actually qualify for it.But zero interest credit cards are used by some to do rehab and then pay them off issue is though your fico score drops like a rock the second you take on all these CC.Also starting out there is zero chance of getting any kind of business line of Credit that is unsecured.
