I hear more and more people say they want to see your domain on the email address. 

All RE is local, you need to understand local customs.As to waiting, no you can't wait 5 days, there is a waiting period where commissions are still due, you can't prove you didn't see a listing as it's in the public domain.

I use Google's ability to specify what domain to search and follow it with what I'm searching for. 

@Andrew Wong - at the time when I was speaking of it, we were in the middle of attorneys, CPAs, brokers and everything else and did not physically have the domain name.

They were lucky enough to get a good domain.

You can pay Wordpress to host your website and buy your domain from them to, but I prefer to host my own wordpress site on a godaddy server.Once you have the website setup then you just upload themes and plugins to customize the site.

If you must go with turn-key, and I wouldn't recommend, the only operation with a truly proven track record in the domain of public opinion are @Chris Clothier and his family.

I wouldn't be surprised if FEMA ends up helping the homeowners sue the city because FEMA won't want to pay for a man-made disaster.Much of the flooding outside the flood zone was an issue of eminent domain, rather than natural disaster.
