We'll have two private beach clubs (most developments in Tulum have none) and amenities at least as good if not better amenities than any other development in town. the great thing is that being close to the beach fits my lifestyle and vacation style so my goals are congruent.

. :) I wanted to go with Chase bank too for the same reasons you did, however, my attorney warned me that he has had multiple clients who had to go through endless hassles to accomplish their goals with them.  

Also, if you goal is to continue scaling, a real estate CPA could be a great resource for accounting and tools like DSCR loans can help your grow quickly, especially for cash-flowing properties. 

I think you would need to ultimately know what your goals are and honestly what your budget is.

My goals include cash flow and appreciation and I realized there were other properties that better align with what I am trying to accomplish.

Set a goal and then connect the dots by taking action each day to reach them.
