Banks that have gone dark QSR's, Pizza huts, anything that's on an outparcel and can get converted to the use I'm looking for (mostly urgent cares) is still considered the cream of the crop.  

We lived on government cheese and powdered milk, so I know a little about the subject. 

I dont think stocks will fund my retirement and if i struggle young that is fine with me, I can upgrade my Ramen cup with Cheese one day.

Charcuterie board perhaps....Who doesn't love assorted meats, cheeses and fruits?

I don’t give one whit about Disney, but it doesn’t take a genius to see that companies that are dipping into politics and social justice are summarily getting creamed.  

Go to McDonalds--bring an ink pen.Buy a small coffee--sugar and cream as you like.Grab a handful of napkins.Start sipping the coffee, and writing ideas that come to you on the napkins.Take a break.Hand write on lined paper (or put into an email) the points from the napkins, with filler sentences about each one.Maybe include a link if you think it helps.Then when you've made it financially--you can say you wrote your business plan on a napkin.Good Luck!

The kids have been to Lowe's/Home Depot/Surplus Warehouse/various trade stores more than other kids have been to Chuck E Cheese's and parks. 

He also wanted to do a whole bunch of extra work like tearing up the entire ground floor (cream colored tile) because it is dated and replace it with the trendy wood look laminate for another 5k.

Your market may be different but the STR market as a whole is experienced some saturation and the cream rises to the top. 

Roughly 1/2 of the textured ceilings actually contain asbestos, as there were other types of the "cottage cheese" texture, and they all look the same.
