I would like to start connecting with lenders, attorneys, realtors, title companies, and all other professional in the SATX commercial real estate market.  

Apparently there are significant differences in tenant "quality" from one street to the next.

I would keep the deposit unless I am able to rebook the dates and then I would only make her pay the difference for any unbooked nights. 

And buy your next primary residence.
