Has anyone used guesty for hosts smart pricing and price labs?

@Steven Skarupa utilize tools such as AirDNA, price labs,mashvisor.

Price labs is an option as is RunRevr - altho I will say that I notice that their data is wildly off about 25% of the time from when I really have out team do a DEEP dive on a revenue projection.

I personally use Price labs

Must allow pets (one cat and one dog - lab approximately 50 lbs).
