They also have accountant access to my bank accounts and credit cards, so everything gets reconciled.

If the property is in fact vacant, the problem it runs into is proper comps where say it might have 9 bedrooms and the rest of the neighborhood and similar properties have 3. 

So reach out to as many people as you can with business cards in hand.Not everyone you meet will be receptive, but the people you connect with will be valuable additions to your buyers list.
