Some places I am looking at include Flagstaff, Pigeon Forge, and Las Vegas.I am hoping to use this site to build connections in those areas to get "boots on the ground" information and support to find the best location.Thank you all for replying to my post.

When I was first on this site I would advised against paid education, I saw it as all grossly overpriced and unecessary.

We've been working to build up our FB page and email list (Stayfi user) in order to bring people directly to our site.  

Best exercise is going on a job site and working with a contractor line item on pricing.  

Exposure - make sure your listing is on all the main booking sites.

Their site even has a section about vacation rentals.  

Hello everyone, I’m new to this site and looking to learn how to buy my first rental. 

I’m not sharing it to criticize the site owner, but rather to highlight how small mistakes can cost you money when advertising on Google.

Am I better of just running my own rental comps instead of using the HUD User site?
