Casinos spending millions to expand.

There’s a federal prison, casino, and lumber and food product supply companies...most employees drive in from out of town.

Hardly a slur---not meant that way...but I still think a Las Vegas Casino could use that as a drink name.A Scottish Financier = GlenLivit on ice with a splash of Ouzo.A Greek Handyman = Ouzo on Ice with a spalsh of GlenLivet.Both with a stack of $100 bill as a cocktail napkins.

As much fun as it would be to spend my time jet-setting around the globe and hang out at super luxiorous restorts and bet black chips ($100) in casinos, the amount of assets required to support that lifestyle is staggering.

Possible Casino being built 5 miles away  Question is how fast will it grow?

South Lake is unique in that it has a mountain very close to most of the town, it has multiple casinos and multiple places/businesses focused on the lake in the summer.

He says he bought casinos for cash flow and invested in RE for appreciation.

He is about to buy 2 more buildings and recently quit his casino job.

@Michael Evans  well I bought that 4 acres on a lark.. and low and behold Graton Indians build the largest gaming casino in all of Northern CA right across the street from me.. bring in all the UTLS city zones me mixed use residential.. and if you know RP there is NO new construction literally NONE huge housing crisis.. so we are just going through planning at the moment..
