I called the mother of the one who hasn't paid yet and her response was I sent a check through bank of america and it will arrive on or around the 1st.

I have purchased 2 properties in my life made a ton  (to me)  in equity in my first home that got me interested but never moved forward because after moving to my next house lost a ton of equity after the crash.

For anyone that was investing during the last crash, what helped you to get through it? 

It's only a matter of time before the market levels out, dips or (hopefully doesn't) crash. 

The tenant was allowed one cat and when we arrived there were at least 10 of them.

My reasoning is that there is SOOO much hate for Trump that the Dems will crash the economy to win the White House.  

While people may be waiting for there to be a "crash" here, it won't happen.
