I don't allow TVs, shelves, or anything that requires large screws, anchors, bolts, etc. 

Given that you are in a stud, that is.....no wall anchors here!!

As a rough guideline, you can start off (or anchor) with around fifty cents on the dollar of what the home is worth ARV.

We have two major hospitals, 5 universities, multiple anchoring global corporations. 

The amount of creativity is endless, but it is always structured or anchored in basic accepted categories acceptable in an area.

While I'm just not sure how much the train will actually be used initially upon completion, I do believe it provides an anchor for new development in the area.

Would it be possible to use wall anchors to remedy the problem?

Account Closed  was that a group of homes or one asset.Yes between them  Lima  visio  Genesis Anchor etc there is huge downward pressure on cost of capital.and with the banks exiting at the GFC there was just a gaping trench left for these companies to come in an fill that need.

The rub here is that there isn't an agency option that anchors the market like there is in the $1MM+ MF space.  

The anchor tenant isn't going anywhere and the second tenant would be my partners wife's business.
