@Kevin Jones Hey Kevin, I used to do some development and investing and now I am mostly focusing on agency.

I agree with @Kevin Sobilo about simply having a candid, amicable conversation with your listing agent to see if you can mutually agree to end your agency relationship.

You may also have to split a lot of your commission with a broker, depending on the structure of the agencies near you.

I understand these Agency cannot get the money lost back, but at least they will archive the complaint for others to view.
