Does anybody know the app that let you choose a person to do tasks for me like drive by a property and do a small report to the condition of the house for a fee

I want it mostly for a pipeline and task management.

But im excited for my future adventures.

But, I wanted to avoid any question of unfair water usage and put the payment task solely on the tenant.

My day-to-day tasks include in-depth market research, pro forma compilation, product programming, etc.
