What's the most efficient way to achieve these goals?

We found out the hard way that I am a real target for sad stories and excuses when it comes to tenants not wanting to pay on time or pay at all.

This is in line with the expected seasonal trend and probably correlated to the rent increase in September.Rentals - Months of SupplyThe supply for our target rental property profile stands at about 1.4 months, slightly down year-over-year.

Unfortunately, this leads investors to view return of capital as the most critical deal metric and deals that may have better fundamentals which are indicative of long term success are dismissed because 100% return of capital cannot be achieved.
