Could I get some help regarding the cheapest accommodations?

I actually moved up the closing date to accommodate the sellers' schedule so I didn't have enough time to thoroughly vet the estoppels.   

Also I would like to restart my seasonal business in a more accommodating climate whereas in Minnesota we only had about 7 months to make our money.On the plus side we won't be needing much money for living expenses for a little awhile.

I think I am gonna go investigate this meetup.com that @Jeremiah Gentz has suggested... he thinks it may be easier to accommodate schedules that way.

Land was cheap up here in the 50s and 60s so most of these properties sit on a lot that can accommodate 2500-3500 square-foot new construction
