Check out the banks in your local Walmart. 

I remember when the Target and Walmart plazas at 434 and 436 were an Orange Juice and boat factory with rail cars in and out all day.

He told me about the content it had and everything.The internship was with Walmart Logistics.

The one I've used in the past is  Super Cheap Signs but to be frank, we've also just bought a ton on a case by case basis from Lowes, Home Depot, Ace, Walmart, etc. 

Essentially, they are the "Walmart" of real estate investing that are out to line their pockets by taking advantage of ignorant homeowners and put hard-working small and medium-size businesses who aren't as fortunate to have hundreds of millions to work with out of business.Therefore, if you feel so inclined to help the little guys, please leave a review on their Yelp page.

This ain't WalMart where you get to change your mind once a real estate contract is signed.It would appear you have lease termination clause in your lease.  

Middle of the road is Walmart. 

Wal-Mart is still building new stores, Amazon bought Whole Foods and has launched pop up retail concepts, and people still love to browse Target/Kohls/etc.

Cleaning, restocking, buying supplies from WalMart, etc. 

You can't go out to eat every day, can't buy lots of Christmas presents for family, can't go to flea markets, no vacations,  can't buy random things at Wal Mart.
